Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Manager
  
• Responsible for Leading and managing a team of Finance staff
  
• Managing full range of financial and management accounting functions
  
• Preparation financial and management reports and ensure timely and accurate submission
  
• Provides financial analyses and recommendations for management decision
  
• Establishing and implementing Company-wide Annual Budgets
  
• Highlight problematic areas to improve cost, credit control and inventory management
  
• Responsible for cash flow management
  
• Ensure internal policies, accounting, tax and legal compliance
  
• Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining data gathering and analysis systems

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy,  CPA certified
  
• Min 5 - 7 years of related experience with min 2 years in manufacturing industry. Prior experience from Audit Firm is a plus not a must
  
• Sound accounting and taxation knowledge, with strong understanding of relevant statutory requirements
  
• Good working knowledge of SAP. Prior experience in Hyperion will be an added advantage
  
• Dynamic, coaching leadership, analytical with good integrity
  
• Excellent interpersonal and able to interact with all level of peoples
  
• Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
