Job Duties: - Initiate Training & Development function - Handle employee handbook including changes or updates - HR Planning, reviewing and developing of HR policies - Work closely with HR Manager to develop HR plans of the company - Handle employees grievances, complains, feedbacks etc. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/ HR Administration - Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with good knowledge in T&D functions and Employee Handbook - Preferably with exprience as a Pioneer staff in setting up of HR initiatives for an organization - Proficient in MS Office - Proficient in both English and Mandarin (must be able to liaise with Chinese speaking employees from China) - Willing to travel occassionally - Able to communicate with Senior Management level of staff - Familiar with Singapore Employment Act - Must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR Other Information: Working location: West/ 5 Days Week Salary: S$ 3K ~ S$ 5K Interested candidate with the above qualification and experience, kindly forward your detailed resume in MS Word format to chitra@hkmhr.com or call 6896 3317 for more details.
