Recruitment / Executive Search Consultants

Responsibilities:

• Business Development, develop new accounts and job placement by way of sales calls & other appropriate methods


• Evaluate employers' recruitment needs, interviewing and meeting customer needs


• Provide the best candidate based on the client's requirement


• Full cycle of recruitment search process, including advertising, screening, matching, placements and conducting reference check.


• Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and recommend potential candidates’ profiles to prospective companies

Requirements:

• GCE “O/A” level, Diploma/Degree, Malaysia SPM/STPM


• Sales experience in a recruitment firm


• Sales-oriented & ability to multitask in a fast paced environment


• Team player, Good interpersonal & communication skills

Remuneration:

·        Basic salary up to $4,000.

·        Attractive individual & team commissions

·        5 days week (9am ~ 6pm)
