Responsibilities
Manages project budget.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved plan / drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering recognized by PE Board in Singapore
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
