TRAINER (BEAUTY / COSMETICS Industry)

• Responsible for staff training & development on product knowledge, enhance service excellent & assessing the competency of staffs
  
• Skilled in developing training manual/materials & programmes
  
• Design & conduct workshop, talks & major road shows
  
• In charge of all training logistics and material preparation & updates
  
• Provide training on product knowledge to customers
  
• In-charge of all feedbacks on product & customer services

• Degree/Diploma with min 3 years experience in Training & Development from the Wellness or Beauty or Skincare or Cosmetics Industry.
  
• Well-groomed, strong interpersonal skills and confident.
  
• Effective training skills and excellent communication skills both English & Mandarin
  
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
  
• Independent as well as a good team player.
  
• Singaporean/PR need to apply

• Location : Town
  
• Salary : S$4.5K
