  • GCE “A” Level or Diploma in any recognised institutions

  • Supervise, lead and motivate the team in reviews and performance supporting their development and learning
  • Actively listen, devise ways and methods for the team to execute their tasks  safely, effectively and remove any non-value activities
  • Approve the team’s time attendance records
  • Plan with the available tools (with other team leaders) to develop daily manpower requirements to fulfil and support operational volumes
  • Ensure tools, equipment and MHE in good working condition to optimise operations capability
  • Monitor weekly or daily volumes (Inbound / Outbound) to facilitate weekly or daily manpower plans to meet operational KPI
  • With the supervisor, improve operational 5S to maintain a safe optimise operating environment following EHS requirement
  • Able to use Lean methods to identify waste and eliminate non-value activities
  • Maintain existing, or develop Standard work for work activities and ensure compliance from team members
  • Provide assistance and training for team members
  • Able to draft and update standard work when there are process deviations

Responsibilities:
· Working closely with Marketing Communications team and Global Media Designer team to achieve marketing objectives via compelling, visually appealing and innovative design
· Conceptualise creative ideas, design and layout in support of all marketing activities, for print and digital media include:
   o Marketing collaterals eg. Brochures, Whitepaper, Customers stories
   o Promotional assets eg. Social Media Images for ads/posts, advertisement
   o Web assets eg. Digital Display Banners, Gif Images, Video
   o Event Visual Presentation eg. Exhibition booth design, Virtual show design
· Creation of Infographics to translate complex technical information into user-friendly and easy digest content
· Creation of Key Visual design for launches/campaign
· Creation of Video graphic images and Support in Video production, video editing
· Support in photography and photo editing for employees, products and events
· Ensure all creative work adheres to the Corporate branding guidelines
· Keep up to date with the trends in design and technology
· Support in Event organisation include liaising with Printers, Booth builder and preparation of materials for the event
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned


Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts or related discipline
· At least 2 years of experience in Graphic designing and Video editing

· Experience in B2B Technology industry will be a plus point
· Strong conceptual ability and thrive on delivering innovative ideas.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro, Lightroom
· Experience in Web images (eg. Gif)
· Booth design and 3D software will be a plus point
· Good organizing skills – able to efficient undertake projects simultaneously and to approach all assignments with a marketing perspective
· Good verbal and written skills of English and Chinese. Some knowledge of Japanese or Korean language will be advantage
· Ability to understand detailed requirements, observant of deadlines and able to work under tight deadlines
· Positive attitude and a good team player
· Strong communication- and teamwork-skills, especially in multi-cultural teams
· IT Savvy and proficiency in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel

  • Arrange periodically for calibration of critical process instruments and maintain updated & accurate records for all calibration carried out
  • Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices.
