The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

  • Liaising with the clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on issues relating to the project
  • Responsible for project management and administration, as well as site preparation and execution of construction process and its quality control
  • Ensuring that the project is completed within the specified budget, timeline, and meets the client's quality requirements and relevant regulatory requirements
  • To lead, manage, delegate, supervise, monitor and motivate the project team
  • Manage daily operation of the project including quality, safety, environment and health's matters
  • Prepare Master Construction program, progress reports and update to the management consultants and client
