Job Description 
- Planning of monthly POP (point of production)  based on forecasted result and previous production trend with all involved departments 
- Communicate and follow up with Parts Centers on parts order 
- Coordinates with machine shop and assembly in achieving monthly production schedule 
- Monitor WIP and complete quantity 
- Monitor the production plan and schedule to utilize resources effectively and efficiently 
- To ensure all sections supplied all parts on time and ensure purchasing parts arrived before the start of production 
- Responsible for ensuring efficient and productive use of materials to accomplish monthly production target 
- Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information on resources available at all times 
- Cooperate with plant staff to execute smooth parts flow to meet production requirement. 
- To coordinate on daily shipment & support product sales dept to achieve monthly shipment master plan 
- To review all production related issues on the daily basis and get the latest update from all supervisors   
 - To conduct & hold various weekly production meeting with all sections to ensure machines are produced based on plan 
- To prepare various monthly reports 

Job Requirement 
- Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of supply chain (purchasing/ procurement/ planning) work experience in Manufacturing environment 
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and strong negotiation skills 
- Result-orientated, organized, meticulous with good problem solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in fast-paced environment 
- Knowledge of AS400, MRP or ERP system and other production control system will be an added advantage 
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc. 
 

Salary range: $2,500 - $3,000 ( depending on experience )

Requirements

 

Follow quality plan, perform quality control, inspection and reporting of non-conformance on incoming material, in-process & finished goods, and the processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Measure and record the dimensions of part using measuring instruments according to quality plan and analyse the findings for discrepancy.
  • Report Non-Conformance Report for the defect and move the non-conforming parts to the controlled location
  • Update and document quality records as per QMS requirement
  • Prepare and maintain calibration records of the measuring devices
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
  • Min 2 years of work experience as inspector in a machine shop
  • Proficient in regular measurement instruments. Capable of operating CMM is an advantage
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Demonstration of knowledge in material certification, sampling plan, non-conformance handling process
  • Good interpersonal skills; organized; self discipline
