Reponsibilities
  • Handles Full Spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
  • Ensure all invoices are process promptly within credit terms given
  • Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on payment issue
  • Perform Creditors’ Reconciliation
  • Handle staff reimbursements
  • Data entry
  • Handle purchasing and subcon invoices (combine supplier document, PO and payment receipts)
  • Filing, handle payment vouchers and reconcile creditor SOA
  • Assist in cash management
  • Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalents
  • Preferably with accounting experience
  • Knowledge in ACCPAC accounting software will be advantageous
  • Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
