Reponsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager in all related project engineering tasks
  • Technical order execution (from order hand over from sales up to delivery)
  • Manage project through various stages (basic, detail engineering, cost control) to ensure all contractual requirements (time, quality & cost) are met prior to shipment
  • Review of contractual documents and technical specifications
  • Define technical requirements of mechanical equipment, apparatuses and instruments
  • Prepare equipment data sheets, drawings, plant layout and P&ID
  • Maintain electronic project folders in good order
  • Keep proper record of scope changes (cost impacts) initiated by customer and manage change orders
  • Furnish drawings and documentation to customers as requested in customer’s contract
  • Schedule and coordinate customer inspections (if required)
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers to meet project schedules
  • Compile final documentation to customer to ensure proper installation and orderly start-up of our systems
  • Execute any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering and/or related discipline
  • Min 2-3 years’ working experience in project management
  • Experience working with EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) will be an added advantage
