Reponsibilities
  • Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and site supervision works.
  • Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters
  • Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects.
  • Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and-scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.
  • Attend meetings with Users, owner, consultants, main contractors and other sub-contractors.
  • Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
  • Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects.
  • Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects.
  • Ensure all claims are submitted on time and compliant to Main contractor’s requirements.

 


Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience 
  • Some working experience in Building Management System/Building Automation System, PLC System, Security, Access Control, CCTV System is a plus
