Reponsibilities

Greeting and attending to visitors in a professional manner. 
Manage incoming calls to the switchboard and direct to the intended parties.
Handle incoming, outgoing, local and international mails and courier consignments.
Handle flight and hotel bookings for business travel.
Assist in purchasing office stationery and pantry items.
Assist in Visa applications.
Provide administrative support to the Management, Finance & HR team.
Assist in filing and documentation. 
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.


Requirements

Minimum N/O level
Good communication skills.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Preferably junior executives specializing in clerical & administrative support.
Able to start work within short notice
