Reponsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets through the identification and attraction of new customers and PL opportunities
  • Responsible of both internal and external customer relationship. Retain customer satisfaction by conducting regular review to identify and anticipates additional opportunities for enhancements and improvements
  • Analyse the market trend to understand the needs of the local markets. Work closely with cross-functional team to gather matrix capabilities to optimize segment results.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
  • Responsible for monthly forecast and planning of sales and key account management
  • Liaise closely with cross functional departments within organisation achieve business objectives
  • Manage overall account profitability via P&L management Ensure all clients and channels are successfully on-boarded on time and deliver KPI on track

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing / Others 
  • Minimum 6 years in Food / FMCG Industry with proven sales experience
  • Good working relationships with keys accounts in Retails & HORECA. Previous experience in E-commence would be a plus
  • In depth knowledge of a wide range of distribution channels with ability to create a mix of distribution channels that allow for ease of availability for the consumers
