- Responsible for management of RFQs (Request for Quotation) to provide Sea Freight pricing solutions to Customers. - Coordinate data collection, verification and analyse of all major customers' RFQs - Work closely with regional and local team members to fulfill the strategic direction of every RFQ - Negotiate Ocean rates with Shipping lines with emphasis on Intra Asia Trade, Europe, North America, China Lanes - Track the progress of RFQs in a timely manner and share information internally using the centralized RFQ Database - Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned, as required
- Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent - Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in Pricing from a Freight Forwarding/ Shipping Lines - Has a good understanding of Freight Forwarding/ Logistics Industry terminologies and processes - Able to do analysis report using MS Excel/ Pivot Tables and creating Powerpoint presentation - Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel (Pivot Tables) to handle complex spreadsheets and large volume of data - Independent, result oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment - Analytical, detailed oriented and has good organizational abilities - Able to travel within Southeast Asia
