Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and project schedules. Duties include reviewing project budgets, preparing shop drawings and documentation, liaising with consultants and contractors, supervising site work, managing procurement, monitoring testing and commissioning, handling variation orders, and ensuring timely project completion and handover.
Review project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements.
Plan and monitor project schedules to meet customer deadlines and milestones.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and site matters.
Attend site meetings and oversee project execution and progress.
Prepare shop drawings, technical submissions, and supervise site activities.
Manage procurement, FAT, testing & commissioning, and inspection activities.
Handle variation order quotations and ensure timely project handover.
Diploma or Degree in engineering studies.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
Entry-level candidates who are interested in project management are also welcome to apply.
Knowledge in DDC, PLC, HVAC, Card Access, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM and ELV, Structure Cabling & etc.
Familiar with BIM (Navisworks) and/or AutoCAD.
