Manage and execution of projects.
Accountable for projects profit & loss.
Keep the project cost budget given by the Tender & Contract Dept.
Work with client project site team to formulate project program & schedule acceptable to the company.
Plan all resources needed for successful execution of project including but not limited to manpower, materials, and plant & equipment.
Work with client, consultant, and the company PE to submit application for temporary works & all other works within contract scope of work that require authority approval.
Secure all permits and clearance forms from the relevant authorities to commerce site work.
Work with assigned project QS to control cost of purchases and expenses.
Manage all monthly claims, timely certifications and payments. All claims are to be fully and properly substantiated with proofs.
Resolve all projects issues, quality and safety.
Maintaining good relationship with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Degree in Civil Engineering / Similar.
Min 4-5 years of project management experience in the civil engineering & construction industry
Familiar with NCE applications.
Strong knowledge of construction project planning, contract management, and site execution.
Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
