- Support on daily operational issues - Maintain SOP internally at a Regional level - Supporting daily/ weekly/ monthly/ KPI reports for customer - Attend to customer request on timely manner - Act as a Control Tower for communication between internal and external customers - Aligning processes with internal and external operation - Work with Operation Manager to make improvement for operation - Conduct training for internal operation if there are new requirement from customer - Maintain good relationship with customer - Support ad-hoc quotation if required
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in relevant field of studies - Has at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a Freight Forwarding organization, at a regional level - Understand Supply Chain Management operation and flow in conjunction with Air Transportation (Air Freight) - Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel (good understanding of Pivot Table & Vlookup functions) - Good communication and interpersonal skills (able to interact with all levels of staff) - Possess good customer service skills - Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice
* Work location: Changi South / 5 Days Week * Salary: Up to $3800 (Basic Salary) + AWS + Variable Bonus
