- Service and grow the sales numbers for existing customers - Manages customer situations and design strategies necessary to maximize customer satisfaction - Develop new accounts - Develop short and medium sales strategies/ targets in accordance with the corporate guidelines and realization - Support the customers' design cycle - Identify growth opportunities, build the necessary customer relationships, cultivate new opportunities (internal & external), deliver value based proposals, negotiate to win - win, and ultimately close (win) sales pursuits
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or in relevant field of studies - Has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales management experience in the Cable & Connector industry
- Strong product knowledge in Cable assemblies - Dynamic, performance result driven, self-motivated, team player with leadership qualities - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills - Willing to travel - Possess Class 3 Driving license with own vehicle
