Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, contractual specifications, and ISO standards. Responsible for budget control, project scheduling, procurement, documentation, variation orders, and site progress monitoring. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely implementation, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Provide guidance to engineers and supervisors, monitor safety compliance, manage project cash flow, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of food service equipment and commercial kitchen equipment (indoor and outdoor).
• Provide training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Accurately update and maintain service reports and job records.
• Upkeep of the store or workshop as required.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.

• Execute the project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.

• Generate the master project schedule and monitor project executions milestones.

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of the project.

• Monitor respective functions responsibilities and ensure project milestones are on track.

• Coordinate and Lead the Factory Acceptance Test with customers and distributors.

• Ensure all documentations are agreed and endorsed for delivery.

• Schedule and coordinate the on-site testing and ensured smooth transition to the aftermarket team.

• To provide the first level technical support during project execution.

• Work with engineering team on project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution team to generate project cost estimation in term of project management activities.

• Submit a monthly report on the project status to highlight key issue or concern relating to the project delivery and milestones.

• Provide engineering support on 3rd party product and drawings for submittals purpose.

• Participate in continuous improvement project.

• Work with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests and project documentation.

• Work closely with scheduler, customer service team and the production team, update projects status in weekly project meeting.

• Attend weekly site meeting with the main con and consultant if required.

• Manage site installations work and ensure completion within stipulated timeline.

• Coordinate and work with sub-contractors on site installations work, drawings, and materials submittals.  

• Design electrical switchboards & control panels for vessel use;
• Prepare drawings, short circuit calculations, instruction manual for submission to client & shop floor production;
• Co-ordinate with clients & consultants on the technical requirements; attend technical discussions;
• Develop & improve on design of electrical switchboard & control panels;
• Assist & advise sales dept on technical matters, provide technical backup for securing of contract;
• Provide technical engineering assistance to Production with respect to manufacturing process and Bill of Materials, including the completion of assembly drawings, detail drawings, instruction sheets, testing & product terminal labelling;
• Ensure all new & existing classification bodies’ rules are updated accordingly.

• Inspect outgoing parts and incoming sub-contracted parts according to established procedure / specification of inspection and carry out Incoming Process Inspection.
• Maintain quality record and file quality data.
• Highlight quality problems discovered to the QA Manager and Factory Manager /
  Production Manager / Asst. Production Manager for action.
• Ensure that all non-conforming products are not mixed with good products prior to
  disposition.
• Authorise the rejection of parts if found unsatisfactory.
• Authorise the release of conforming parts to be sent to the store for subsequent
  delivery to customers.
• Perform factory routine test and check of switchboards completed in the workshop.
• Testing and commissioning of switchboards on board vessels or on-site to the
  satisfaction of customers; and attend to warranty claims / quality complaints.
• Conduct official tests on the switchboards which require witnessing by surveyors or
  consultants and also maybe with the presence of customers.
• Assist the Manager in quality responsibilities and achieving quality objectives.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the QA Department.
• Observe and adhere to safety rules during the performance of every task.
• Ensure the use of calibrated instrument for inspection.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of Product Non-Conformity.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problem detected.

Act as the terminal’s Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) and perform his or her responsibilities as required in these certifications including the supervision of the terminal's security team

• Ensure the terminal operates with minimal impact to the environment and comply with legal environmental protection regulatory requirements

• Support and monitor the terminal’s SHE permits and licenses applications / renewals

• Coordinate the occupational health & industrial hygiene programs in the terminals

• Coordinate risk management, workplace inspections and WSH Committee meetings

• Act as the Terminal’s WSH Committee Secretary 

• Monitor and report the terminal’s SHE performance and progress on improvements made

• Support the terminal’s SHE legal and internal training obligations for all employees and contracted workers

• Propose improvement opportunities to the terminal management from the analysis of incidents’ trends

• Support the terminal’s preparedness in emergency response through the organization and monitoring of emergency drills and exercises
