Reponsibilities
  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate and process excess PO cancellation with suppliers.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Request advance payment through the portal for suppliers with advance payment terms.
  • Reschedule delivery for inter-company raw material PO and SO deliveries.
  • Update delivery schedules in SAP 

 


Requirements
  • Min Diploma Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Others
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of SAP / ERP System
